The aerobic manure fermentation tank is a highly efficient and environmentally friendly treatment device. It utilizes aerobic microorganisms to rapidly decompose manure under constant temperature and aeration conditions, converting it into organic fertilizer. It adopts intelligent temperature control, automatic stirring and ventilation systems to ensure efficient fermentation and reduce odor emissions. It is applicable to places such as breeding farms and organic fertilizer factories, achieving harmless, reduced and resourceful utilization of manure and sewage. It is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, with low operating costs.
Equipment composition and functions: The tower-type manure treatment equipment mainly consists of a fermentation chamber, a hydraulic main shaft transmission system, a feeding and lifting system, an automatic discharging system, a high-pressure air supply system, an odor removal system, and an intelligent control system, etc.
Fermentation tank room: Stores organic materials and completes the fermentation process;
Stirrer: Evenly stir the materials in the fermentation tank to ensure uniform fermentation and achieve 100% maturity.
Ventilation pump: The high-pressure vortex air pump fully supplies the oxygen needed for the fermentation process in the fermentation tank.
Hydraulic drive: High transmission power, low speed, smooth operation, overload protection capability, and flexible transmission layout.
Heat exchange device: The heat exchange device can fully utilize the high-temperature gas naturally generated inside the tank to preliminarily heat and increase the temperature of the inhaled air, improving energy utilization efficiency, ensuring the fermentation effect, reducing the power consumption of the equipment, and achieving the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
Automatic tipping elevator: It mechanically lifts the fermentation materials and then feeds them into the fermentation tank.
Discharge device: Discharge the organic fertilizer that has been fully fermented from the fermentation tank.
